Spring Fresh provides drinking water delivery within selected service areas. Delivery timing may vary depending on traffic weather conditions or high demand. We will make reasonable effort to deliver on schedule but exact time cannot always be guaranteed.
Orders can be placed by phone WhatsApp or website form. Customers must provide correct address and contact details. Wrong information may cause delivery delay or cancellation.
Water cans provided by Spring Fresh remain company property. Customers are responsible for returning empty bottles at the time of next delivery. Lost or damaged bottles may be charged at replacement cost.
Payment can be made by cash on delivery bank transfer or approved monthly billing. For regular customers unpaid dues may result in temporary suspension of delivery service until cleared.
After delivery the customer is responsible for proper storage of water bottles in a cool clean place away from direct sunlight and chemicals. Spring Fresh is not responsible for contamination caused by improper storage after delivery.
Orders can be cancelled or rescheduled before dispatch. Once delivery is on the way cancellation may not be possible.
Spring Fresh water is processed through filtration and mineral balancing systems. If any issue is reported within reasonable time we will inspect and replace the product if found defective.
We reserve the right to refuse service in case of misuse abusive behavior unsafe delivery conditions or repeated payment issues.
Spring Fresh may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service means you accept the updated terms.
